Hi, I'm Cindy Griffin, a Licensed Massage Therapist; #9334, Reiki Master and Craniosacral practitioner.

I specialize in the mind-body connection, and to keep a healing body moving forward, I work in depth with healthy lifestyles choices in a comprehensive approach!

2014 began my Reiki journey, and since then continued studying to become a master and teacher in both Eastern and Western traditions.

​

My specialties are therapeutic deep tissue, Swedish, trigger point, range of motion techniques, fascial release, cupping, and Gua Sha facial massage. 

 

Additional specializations are craniosacral therapy.
