Hi, I'm Cindy Griffin, a Licensed Massage Therapist; #9334, Reiki Master and Craniosacral practitioner.
I specialize in the mind-body connection, and to keep a healing body moving forward, I work in depth with healthy lifestyles choices in a comprehensive approach!
My specialties of massage therapy are deep tissue, Swedish, trigger point, range of motion techniques, fascial release, cupping, and Gua Sha facial massage. Additional specializations are craniosacral therapy and Reiki. All of these methods of bodywork which promote a holistic well-being, may be used, of course with consent, as needed during a session if we feel it will facilitate your healing!
